Solidarity now? Other stories about researchers, otherness, and polyphony in research

We are three researchers within the field of mental health. For past 3 years, we have collaborated with colleagues in Greece on evaluating pilot project Refugee Outreach Mental Health Team. Part our role has been to evaluate how refugees and asylum seekers experience treatment support offered by team. The findings from evaluation presented a published research report thereby “completed task.” However, following completion formal obligations, continued dwell less outspoken dialogues inner voices. Not only those participants, but also ones that present before, during after interviews. Inspired relational autoethnography, share some “other stories” about processes touched us deeply it left traces minds bodies long completion. reflect polyphonic meaning-making can be used develop deeper insights knowledge as well call for action. suggest sharing other stories provide new understandings developed.
